About Jason Bailey

Hi, my name is Jason Bailey and I am a Web, Print and User Interface Designer living in northern New Jersey. On this website you will find my design portfolio, my resume, as well as a blog containing occasional tweets and design-related posts.

Current Position

I am currently the Visual Design Manager at FusionApps. I am shaping the online visual identity of FusionApps, and assisting with the design of user interfaces for custom-built applications for FusionApps clients.

Previous Position

I was the Emedia and Design Manager at Intronis Online Backup + Recovery. As a member of the marketing team, I was responsible for the visual identity of Intronis online and offline. I also translated design for the web, building out web pages with HTML, CSS and PHP. I was also responsible for managing Google Analytics and Adwords at Intronis.

About Me

I grew up in Ventura, California and later moved to Orange County, California where I graduated with a B.F.A. Degree in Graphic Design from California State University, Fullerton in 2003. I met my wife Trisha in Florida, and after continuing to live in California together for two years, we headed East to live in New Jersey. We currently live about 15 minutes from New York City, and we were blessed last year to have a son named Ryan.

What the Future Holds

I love learning, I love technology and I'm beginning to love web design even more than print. There's something about taking a design layout done in Photoshop and figuring out all of the CSS, structure, and PHP to make it sing online. I'm discovering more and more that I'm somewhat of an online engineer at heart. I plan to continue to hone my skills and stay current with the latest online technology and trends.
