Web Design

Designing for the web is about usability and the user experience. It's about presenting the right information to the consumer and creating a flow that leads a user to take action.

Before I create wireframes, design mockups or code HTML and CSS, I always immerse myself in a client's niche to understand the look and feel inside their niche and to know who their competition is. I understand both the importance of the user experience and the need for a business to continually increase sales conversions.

It is for this reason that I also love marketing. I've helped build email marketing and drip campaigns using tools such as Marketo, and have implemented web to lead conversion tracking into CRM tools such as Salesforce. For 3 consecutive quarters at Intronis, I helped increase sales conversions by improving click through rate, establishing goals and funnels, and implementing a lead source tracking technique.

Last year I also became W3Schools certified.
